1 How lovely is your dwelling place,
O Lord of Heaven’s Armies.
2 I long, yes, I faint with longing
to enter the courts of the Lord.
With my whole being, body and soul,
I will shout joyfully to the living God.
3 Even the sparrow finds a home,
and the swallow builds her nest and raises her young
at a place near your altar,
O Lord of Heaven’s Armies, my King and my God!
4 What joy for those who can live in your house,
always singing your praises. Psalm 84:1 – 4 NLT

Jesus Christ came into the world making the incredible statement that He was the Light of the world (John 8:12). The primary definition of light is “something that makes vision possible.” By that definition, the coming of Christ enables us to see as we have never seen before. The question is, what does He enable us to see?
Yes, you read the title correctly. You cannot live the Christian life. I will even go you one better than that: You were never meant to. Some of the greatest freedom you will ever experience will come once you finally get that settled in your thinking.
