Sometimes I think we forget the Lord is also our Heavenly Father. As such, He is concerned about every aspect of our lives, even the little things. Let’s face it, He is the one that has taken the time to number the hairs on our head (Matthew 10:30). Let me share a couple of recent testimonies of how the Lord has concerned Himself with some of the “little things” in our lives.
Here is a powerful statement by Pastor Peter Lord in his book, Hearing God.
You will be more sensitive to God’s voice in all situations and among all people if you do not predetermine the most likely way of hearing it.*
Pastor Lord is right. Living in the Reign is about allowing the King to choose how and when He will speak to you.

We are all listeners. Each one of our lives are being guided by whatever voice we choose to listen to. The result is that we walk in the wisdom that voice imparts to us. There are only two kinds of wisdom in this world: that which comes from God and that which does not. In part 1 I focused on ungodly wisdom. Now I will take a look at the wisdom that comes from God.
Because we are all listeners we are all walking in some form of wisdom. We are either walking in the wisdom that comes from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, or we are walking in the wisdom that comes from the Tree of Life. How can we discern which wisdom we are walking in?
