Recently the Lord has been speaking to me quite a bit about walking in love. I am quickly learning that there is a lot more to it than one might think. This is something the Lord recently shared with me one morning as I sat with Him.
“Love is not always as easy as one might think at first. It has to make some tough decisions and then have the necessary courage to follow through. Yet love is the only way to stay close to Me. I AM love, and when you live in true love you are more like Me than at any other time.”
The more I read the New Testament and listen to the Lord, the more I realize that walking in love is one of the surest signs that we are really living in the Reign. What do you think?
Nowhere in Scripture are we ever told to “build the Kingdom of God” here on earth. There are preachers and teachers that will say that, but nowhere do we find this idea supported in the Word of God. God’s Kingdom is the exercise of God’s authority. It is God reigning. And because His reign is firmly established and will never come to an end, it cannot be contested or improved upon. It can, however, be extended. There are three primary ways we can work with the Lord to extend His reign. Can you guess what they are?

We have all heard it said that there are two sides to every story, and the truth is somewhere in the middle. I’m not sure I believe that anymore.

I believe every story has three sides. My side. Your side. God’s side. Guess where the truth lies.
That means we can only get to the truth by living in the Reign.
In a previous post I wrote about the key to immortality, referring to the time when all of God’s people will experience resurrection from death. Did you know there is a way we can experience a foretaste of that resurrection today? Read on to find out how…
